We opened our guesthouse as a family business on November 11, 1989, in Szeged, the City of Sunshine, in the heart of the Southern Great Plain region, initially with 8 rooms. Our name also reflects the family nature of the business, as it is composed of the initials of family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The children continued the parents’ business, resulting in further expansions. In the spring of 2004, we opened another section, and in the summer of 2011, we opened our third guesthouse, which also features a swimming pool. So now, with 26 rooms and 60 beds in total, along with a delicious hot breakfast, we welcome guests seeking relaxation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our guesthouse is an ideal choice for groups as well. Our separate buildings are within walking distance of Szeged’s symbol, the Szeged Cathedral (2.1 km away), which visitors can reach by strolling through the beautifully designed streets and squares of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nearby, you will find the Mars Square (0.9 km), Szeged’s bus station, and market hall, as well as the \u00c1rk\u00e1d Shopping Center (1.2 km). Szeged’s train station is also easily accessible by tram line 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Furthermore, you’ll find the Anna Thermal and Spa Bath (0.9 km), which has been operating as a Turkish bath for over 100 years, and the Szent Istv\u00e1n Square (0.6 km), where Hungary’s oldest reinforced concrete water tower has stood since 1904, affectionately known as the “Old Lady”, offering a wonderful view of the city from its top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As hosts, we consider it important to not only maintain the quality of our services for our guests but also strive to provide more and better. For this reason, we have developed a development strategy that we are happy to share with you in the following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We created our newest building, where we designed 8 new Superior rooms, complete with a beautiful outdoor pool. We have decorated our bright, spacious rooms in a golden theme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our goal is to provide an enduring experience that takes our guests away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2021, during the first major renovation of our guesthouse, we renovated 6 rooms, where we now welcome our guests with Silver-quality rooms. We replaced the previous wooden floors with modern flooring and adorned the new furniture with wallpaper in silver hues. We also renovated the bathrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2023, the Standard rooms of our guesthouse have been refreshed with a gold and blue color scheme. Every room has been soundproofed for the comfort of our guests. We also have limited secured parking spaces where our guests can safely park their vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
